Will there be any damage to my home?
We always endeavour not to cause any damage, however some damage may occur to the reveals and this is generally trimmed to make good. Some decoration may be required.
Once we agree a contract, how long until installation?
Bowalker Windows will try to keep installation schedules to 4-5 weeks, depending on workloads.
How long will installation take?
This will depend on the size of the contract, number of windows/doors, etc. We will be able to advise on this upon survey.
Is Bowalker Windows a FENSA member?
Yes, certificate number 33081.
Do I get a guarantee?
Yes, Bowalker Windows gives a 10 year insurance-backed guarantee; conditions apply. Please see the terms our conditions.
Will I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, Bowalker Windows takes a 30% deposit. Deposit indemnity can be registered with the Plastic Window Federation at no extra charge.
When do I make the balancing payment?
The balancing payment is due on completion of the installation; the installers will have your invoice with them. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. We do not make a charge for card payments (subject to amount payable).
