What happens during a FREE home consultaton?

  • We take required measurements.

  • You see the available colours, styles and materials.

  • Our advisors can guide you on the price, they are not commissioned sales people.

  • We explain the installation day process.

  • Following your home visit we will email your quote within 48-hours. Quote revisions are free.

What if I want to come to the showroom?

  • We are open Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. You don’t need an appointment.

Do you take a deposit?

  • When you confirm your quote you pay a 30% deposit.

  • Our surveyor will then visit your home.

  • Your deposit is 100% refundable if there is any change to the price of your project following the survey.

  • Your deposit indemnity will be automatically registered with the Plastic Window Federation at no extra charge to guarantee against loss.

How long does installation take?

  • Typically products arrive at our warehouse within 4 weeks.

  • We are generally booked out 6-8 weeks in advance. If time is critical please let us know.

  • We aim to install 2 average sized windows in a day.

  • We can provide approximate installation time during our survey.

Are you FENSA certified?

  • Yes - our certificate number is 33081.

  • We will register your project with FENSA at no extra cost.

  • We will send you FENSA certificates which typically arrive 4 weeks after project completion.

Do I get a guarantee?

When do I pay the balance?

  • The balance payment is due on completion of the installation.

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or debit / credit card.
